Tutu's are not required – just wear something that's both comfortable and lets you move easily - a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a loose casual top is ideal. Layers are also a good option to help keep you cool during your session and to keep the body warm when you’ve finished.
Trainers or shoes
Trainers are ideal for Hip hop and Street dance as they provide you with plenty of grip. For Salsa or Strictly ballroom then you need to wear flat shoes or shoes with a small heel that let you spin and slide easily.
