A pair of shorts, legging's or tracksuit bottoms and a vest top / t-shirt or a specific workout top are ideal for these activities. For Indoor Cycling classes you could wear padded cycling shorts which will be more comfortable.
Trainers
You will need a pair of trainers with plenty of support. Cross trainers are ideal for both these activities.
Socks
Cotton sport socks are best as they absorb sweat and help to keep your feet dry they will also provide you with plenty of support preventing you from getting blisters.
Sports bra
Don't forget a well fitting sports bra is essential to make exercising more comfortable and prevent any unnecessary bounce!
