What to wear

  Clothing

Wear something that’s both comfortable and flexible, a pair of tracksuit bottoms or shorts and a casual top/ t-shirt is ideal, as these will allow plenty of room to move without feeling restricted.

Trainers

When it comes to footwear you need to think substance over style! For general exercise classes a pair of trainers will do the job, they should be lace ups and provide you with plenty of support both inside and out. For some activities you might want a more specialist type of trainer. Have a look at the different types of ‘What to wear’ sections below.

Socks

Cotton sport socks are best as they absorb sweat and help to keep your feet dry they will also provide you with plenty of support preventing you from getting blisters.

Sports Bra

Exercise is a high impact activity, so for women, wearing a well fitting sports bra will make exercising more comfortable and prevent any unnecessary bounce!
