  Clothing

Wear something that's both comfortable and allows you to move easily. Long tracksuit bottoms, leggings or a pair of shorts and a vest top/ t-shirt or a specific workout top are ideal.

Trainers

When it comes to footwear you need to think substance over style! You can get specific trainers designed for aerobics that give you plenty of support, particularly for side to side movements. Normal trainers will be alright for lo-impact and body conditioning classes.

Socks

Cotton sport socks are best as they absorb sweat and help to keep your feet dry they will also provide you with plenty of support preventing you from getting blisters.

Sports bra

For women, wearing a well fitting sports bra will make exercising more comfortable and prevent any unnecessary bounce. You can get sports bras suitable for different impact levels. If you are taking part in an aerobics class make sure you have a bra suitable for high impact moves.
