| Clothing
Comfortable, breathable clothes are recommended for classes such as Pilates and Yoga. Legging's, wide leg pants or jogging bottoms and either a short sleeved / long sleeved top or a long length vest top are ideal as they will allow you to move freely without causing you any restriction. For comfort after your session a hoodie or warm top is also advised to help keep you warm on your way home. Most of these classes will be done in bare feet.
Equipment
Although not essential a yoga mat is sometimes helpful. The mat helps to create traction for your hands and feet so you don’t slip, especially as you get a little sweaty. The mat also provides a bit of cushioning on a hard floor.
