Getting your team fit to play
Fit to play provides you with a series of drills and exercises for all your team members. Why not organise a training session for your team to get fit to play together?
Fit to play all sports
Fit to play will help improve strength, endurance, speed and agility and is suitable for whatever sport you are playing.
Getting started
All you need to get started is some comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. You can complete some exercises at home, but for others – and if you are getting fit to play with friends - you will need a space about 20 metres by five metres – your local park would be ideal.
Warming up and cooling down
