Your advised route – The Kick Start Have a Go programme is designed with you in mind. Try lots of different activities to help you choose what’s for you.
Mostly 4's
You enjoyed sport at school, but no longer play. You enjoy being in a team, competing against others and training and playing games.
Your advised route – Take a look at Kickstart into Sport and find out all you need to know about getting involved, what to wear, rules of the game, how to join a club, training or starting your own team.
Mostly 5's
You are someone who likes to be outdoors in the fresh air and go where the mood takes you. You prefer to participate in individual activities where you are competing with yourself. You know the benefits of physical activity and why it is important.
Your advised route – follow the Kickstart walking programmes or get active in your local park.
