The toughest part of being active can be staying with it. Researchers show that a good match between your personality and your activity sharply increases the chances you’ll stick with it.

Are you a competitive or non competitive person? Do you find it difficult to fit physical activity around work and the family? Do you prefer playing in a team or doing individual activities? Would you like to try lots of different activities or do you need some help on choosing the right activity?
