  Salsa

One of the most popular dance styles, Salsa mixes sexy sassy movements, intricate footwork and extravagant arm gestures all set to hot Latin rhythms. At a class you'll learn the different steps and how to dance with a partner and once you are more confident you can add your own personal style.

Street Dance

An urban dance style that originated from the streets of Brooklyn, New York City in the 70's to entertain public passing by. With a relaxed, funky style performed to the latest hip hop and R 'n' B tracks, Streetdance movements are kept low to the ground and can be quick and snappy, bouncy and smooth. It’s a loosely structured dance style that allows you to add your own interpretation and a great way to impress on the dance floor.

Ballroom

TV programmes like Strictly Come Dancing has made ballroom dancing popular again. Putting the sparkle back into your life, ballroom is the social dance, with plenty of interaction between partners. Even if you have two left feet, ballroom will make a dancer of you as it builds routines based on a series of set dance sequences in time with the music.

Musical Theatre Jazz

Musical Theatre Jazz dance incorporates ballet, tap and modern dance together into an exciting, glamorous style of its own. You mainly find this style of dance on London’s West End Stage. You'll learn lots of interesting steps set to famous musical and film sound tracks. A fun dance style to learn it will certainly impress your friends.

Break Dance

Break-dance started along side Street dance in the United States in the 80's. It is a street-based dance that incorporates intricate body movements, coordination, style, and aesthetics. It is an acrobatic style of solo dancing to rap music, typically involving spinning of the body on the ground. The people who perform this style of dance are known as b-boys or b-girls.

Contemporary

Contemporary dance is influenced by lots of other dance styles letting you explore how your own body moves to interpret the music. Because of this it is seen as one of the ultimate forms of physical expression giving you the freedom to create your own routine.
