Below you will find details of how to book any of the activities found on the b-active website, along with downloadable booking forms, information sheets, and consent forms.

b-active activities at Moorways Swimming Pool, Queen’s Leisure Centre, Springwood Leisure Centre and the parks.

  1. Book in person at the sports centre. Print the general b-active 2011's activity booking form and photo consent form, fill in the details and take it, together with your payment to the sports centre where the activity is taking place. You will also need to print and read the general booking terms and conditions information sheet. Alternatively you can get the booking forms from the sports centre directly.
  2. Book by post. Print the general b-active 2011 activity booking form and photo consent form, fill in the details and post them, together with your payment to the sports centre where the activity is taking place. You will also need to print and read the general booking terms and conditions information sheet. Bookings will not be accepted without payment. Only cheques are accepted by post – please do not send cash.
  3. Book by telephone. Contact the sports centre and make your booking over the telephone. You will need to pay at the time of booking by debit or credit card. You will also need to print and read the general booking terms and conditions information sheet.
